The only base plates that are a confirmed fit for your 2008 Saturn Astra are the Blue Ox # BX3333. To use your Sterling tow bar you would then need an adapter. Roadmaster adapter # RM-031 will work with Sterling tow bars that have a serial number up to 16,500 while adapter # RM-031-5 will be needed for Sterling tow bars that have a serial number above 16,500.
