Would this part fit with the j hook kayak rack on my 2014 Mazda 3 5 door with fixed mounting points?

The Rhino-Rack Ski and Fishing Rod Carrier # RR572 will likely fit on your 2014 Mazda 3. It depends on how much space you have. The carrier measures 15-3/4 inches across so as long as you have enough room with the J-carriers on there you'll be fine.
