I have a 2000 superduty F250 with the 7.3 and it has a 4 inch lift with 315 size tires on it does the programmer have the ability to adjust for tire size and for programming the most efficient shift points?

Edge Diesel Evolution CTS3 Performance Tuner - Color Screen # EP96TR is a confirmed fit for your truck. It is able to give you an increase of up to 120 hp and up to 315 ft lbs of torque. It has options for you to choose from and does not allow you to change shift points or make adjustments based on tire size.
For a tuner that is able to adjust for tire sizes and change shift points, I recommend the Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner - Ford - Gas/Diesel # SU1845. This tuner will increase your HP by up to 111.5 and your torque by up to 205 foot lbs. It does not give you the gauge and display.
