I have a 2000 superduty F250 with the 7.3 and it has a 4 inch lift with 315 size tires on it does the programmer have the ability to adjust for tire size and for programming the most efficient shift points?

It has options for you to choose from and does not allow you to change shift points or make adjustments based on tire size.
