The Yates Keel Roller # YR8244-105EC referenced in your question will work on the 0.630 inch shaft on your boat trailer. You may simply need to persuade the roller on a bit to fit the slightly larger shaft, but it will still be your best option. There is not a roller available that is designed to specifically fit a 0.630 inch shaft.
