Does the DrawTite Class III trailer hitch warranty require non-trailer load stabilizing straps for a 2017 Subaru Outback Limited trailer hitch?

Draw Tite hitches do not require the stabilizer strap like the Curt hitches do. The Draw Tite hitch part # 75673 that you referenced would be an excellent option confirmed as a fit for your 2017 Subaru Outback that does not ever require a stabilizer strap so I would recommend it highly.
