Question:
Have 2003 bass tracker w trailstar trailer. Size of AM32001HWTB matches trailer exactly, except load range is d. Is going from c to d a problem? Will d tire wear in center more than c range? What lug nuts and center cap works for this combo? Is wheel rated same as tire @ 65 psi?

For your Bass Tracker on a TailStar trailer the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13 inch Aluminum Wheel, item # AM32001HWTB, would be a good choice.
Going up one load range, to D from C, is not a problem and will not cause the tire to wear differently. Tires that wear in the center are normally over inflated.
For Lug Nuts you would use 10 of the Trailer Wheel Lug Nut, item # AM90049, to replace two wheels.
This wheel has a 3.19 inch pilot diameter so the Stainless Steel Trailer Wheel Center Cap, item #LHCS102-SI60C, or the chrome Trailer Wheel Center Cap, item # 319EZ would be the correct choice.
The 13 x 5 inch Wheel with 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern has a load rating of 1,660 lbs, so it is rated 50 lbs higher than the ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire that is rated for 1,610 lbs max at 65 PSI.
