Hello, I have a 2013 Subaru outback with a 2inch hitch receiver. I am trying to figure out what ball mount and ball I will need to tow a pop up camper. thanks!

If you want to use a fixed ball mount on your 2013 Subaru Outback, I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500 lbs # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If you want an adjustable ball mount to allow you to tow multiple trailers level, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop, 5-1/2" Rise - 10K - Black # BWTS10037B. This hitch will give you 10-1/2 inches of adjustability and comes with a 2 inch and 2-5/16 inch hitch ball. This also has a really nice stowable feature to give you a clean look and protect your shins when not in use.
I recommend using a hitch lock like the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - 2-5/8" Span # 63232 to reduce noise and deter theft.
