I have 2016 ram 2500 with 8 foot bed 18000 lb HiJacker 5th wheel hitch with the rails run front to back of the bed. Which mounting brackets I work for it?

It sounds like you have the SL series base rails from Demco like part # DM8553016-12. If that is the case, then the frame brackets for these rails and your 2016 RAM 2500 are part # DM8553016. I have attached a photo of the mounting brackets for your viewing.
