Question:
Will the TH04115102 work on my car with limited wheel clearance? I am looking for a snow chain that does not scratch the rim and supports cars with limited wheel clearance. P235/45 18.

I checked the owner's manual for your 2013 Honda Accord and for tire size 235/45-18 it states to use cable-style chains in the 1040 series.
We do have chains that fit this description but Thule chains # TH04115102 are technically not cables. They do fit your tire size and are Class S rated for vehicles with limited clearance so I have no doubt they will work. Otherwise if you want to go with cables you can use # PW1042 with rubber tensioners # PW105. I have linked videos on both chain sets for you.
