There is a fit for your 2017 Ford Transit T350, but the # AL88213 is not a fit. The kit that is confirmed to fit your T350 is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57213. This kit has the same functions as the other kit you referenced, but it does not have the internal jounce springs. This won't be an issue as long as you keep the 5 psi minimum pressure that both systems suggest and don't completely bottom out your factory suspension simultaneously.

This is a great kit that I recommend for assisting you with load leveling and reduce strain on your factory suspension. This kit comes with manual inflation valves, but if you want the ability to change air pressure at any time, you can add the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Hand-Held Remote - Single Path # AL25980 to your van. This will allow you to adjust the psi up or down for your ride preference using a handheld remote.

If you have the Passenger Wagon version, these air springs will not fit. In that case, I recommend the RoadActive Suspension Kit # RAS3623-GT. This is an easy install that will assist with load when needed utilizing a mechanically active system to give you improved stability, handling and control. This system is extremely easy to install and requires no maintenance.
