It will be in salt water only. I have on the tongue now a UFP A 60/a-75xr-84 actuator. Distant from actuator to axle is 202, distant from brake plate to brake plate is 63that is 4inch brake plates. You can refer to the linked articles that concern the process of adding hydraulic disc brakes to a trailer. You have two ways to go with this: you can use a standard surge type trailer actuator coupler to provide hydraulic pressure for the disc brakes or you can use an electric-over-hydraulic actuator that takes an electrical brake signal from a controller like the P3 # 90195 back to the EOH actuator, such as HydraStar # HBA16. Each article deals with one of the two options and includes links to the parts required.

If your existing actuator is intended for drum brakes it will have to be replaced since it will not deliver enough pressure to operate disc brake calipers. Disc systems require 1500- or 1600-psi pressure to operate while hydraulic drums require less.

Disc brake kits are available in various finishes and at a range of price points. The most durable for a salt water environment will be a stainless steel kit, which will also be the most costly.
