For your 2009 GMC Acadia that has raised factory-installed roof rails that run front-to-back, you can see roof rack options on the linked page. We offer both a square crossbar option from Inno and an aero/elliptical bar option from Yakima.
From Inno we offer their value-priced square bar rack made of parts # INB117 and # INFR. Installation on an Acadia is shown in the linked video.
For a quieter elliptical bar rack we also have the black Yakima RailBar rack, part # Y00447-0448. This rack offers a sleek appearance that is much like a costly OEM roof rack and you can see it in the linked video.
