I have an XP 4 folding Swagman bike hitch rack. I lost one of the plates that locks down on the bike. Where can I get a replacement? Thanks for your help on this issue.

It sounds like you are needing a replacement cradle inserts for your Swagman XP - Folding 4 Bike Rack # S64960. For this you can use the Replacement Top and Bottom Vinyl Inserts # P160. This will replace both the top and bottom inserts for 1 cradle on your bike rack. I have attached a video review for you to look at so you can make sure this is what you are needing.
For the complete Cradle Assembly, you can use # 64860 and if you just need the top plate for the cradle, you can instead use # P161.
