Your video of part FHPB3530301says do-it-yourself kit, which will include the fold-away coupler and the hitch-ball coupler and the actual extension with this kit. But I can only find the coupler on the website. Need entire kit please.

The kit you mentioned has been discontinued, however, I can help you with the individual components. To make this kit, you will want the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit for 3" x 3" Tongue - Bolt On - Up to 5,000 lbs # FHDPB330301. This will mount to a 3 inch by 3 inch square tube in whatever length you decide which will need to be obtained locally. On the end of that square tube is the Fulton Fas-Lok Coupler, 2" Ball, 3" Channel - 5,000 lbs # F343000301. For the safety chains, you will want the 48" Long Safety Chain with 7/16" Hooks, 5,000 lbs # 2118-348-04. For the pole tongue skid, I recommend the CE Smith Tongue Skid for Pole Tongue Trailers - Galvanized Steel # CE30002G.
