What is the body made of? Is it metal? also are the ends male so the water lines in my Rv will connect w/o modification? Best Regards,

The Phoenix Faucet # PF231561 has all lead-free vinyl hose waterways and has a brass covered shank. My contact at Phoenix Faucets said that it is completely lead-free but they put the brass on the shank for added durability when tightening the nuts that hold the faucet to the sink.
The metal connections on the hot and cold hoses are male ends.
