Curt and Draw Tite hitches are made by different manufacturers so they are definitely different but the for the most part we have found that they end up being pretty similar overall since they both try to accomplish the same thing. If someone saw either hitch on your vehicle and didn't happen to see a sticker or brand label they wouldn't be able to identify the brand just from the appearance.
That being said there are some subtle dimension changes between the brands. For example the Curt hitch part # 13245 has a distance of 2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer most edge of the bumper. That means the hitch sticks out past the rear bumper.
On the other hand the Draw Tite hitch part # 75578 sits perfectly flush with the outside of the bumper. So if you are worried about the safety of your shins this would be the better option.
