Question:
I have a Blackhawk towbar serial number 4450. It currently has the 034 adapters. I recently purchased from you the mounting bracket kit 521232-1 for my 2006 VW beetle manual transmission My question is what adapters do I require to attach these. It appears to me I require either 9400-4 or 9400-6, but they do not attach directly to the mounting bracket kit. TIA

If you have the original Blackhawk tow bar parts, you would just convert the tow bar back to original as the Roadmaster Blackhawk is compatible with the # 521232-1 base plates. If you don't have the original parts, you can simply use the Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter # RM-032 to make your Demco Adapters compatible with your Roadmaster base plates.
Your other option is to use the # RM-9200-6 if you have the Blackhawk 2 and the Roadmaster Quick Disconnect Tow Bar Base Assembly # 910021-00 to briing it back to original. I confirmed these options with my contact at Roadmaster.
