Question:
Am moving coast to coast and need to tow my f-150 one time only. will be towing with my f-350 dually and plan to load the 8 foot boxes of both trucks for the move. This will most likely place the weight of the f-150 over 5,000 lbs. what will I need for this hook up to be safe without getting fancy as I will be selling the unit after just one use.

Before you attempt to tow your 2006 Ford F-150, you need to check with the owners manual to see if flat towing is recommended, and to see if you would need a transmission lube pump or axle disconnects to do so. You should also check with the owners manual of your Ford F-350 and see what the towing capacities of the vehicle are.
At this point, I would seriously consider renting a trailer to haul your F-150. If you went that route, you would be able to return the trailer when you were done hauling your truck and not have to worry about removing all of the following parts and then finding someone to purchase all of the products as well.
If you are set on flat towing, you would need the following products.
You would first need a set of tow bars that have a towing capacity of over 5,000 lbs. For that I would recommend you use RoadMaster StowMaster Car-Mounted Tow Bar - 6,000 lbs, part # RM-501. I attached installation instructions below for you to check out. The # 63180 you referenced does not have the capacity to pull over 5000 lbs.
For base plates I would recommend you use Roadmaster Tow Bars for the 2006 Ford F-150, part # 495-1A. I have included installation instructions for these below also.
For safety cables I recommend you use RoadMaster 68 inch Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs, part # RM-643.
For turn signals and brake lights I would recommend you use Magnetic Mount Stop, Turn and Tail Towing Light Kit w 20 foot Wiring Harness, part # TL21RK. This kit is great for temporary solutions like what you are planning on doing.
You will also need a Roadmaster Tow Bar Quick Disconnect Kit, part # RM-201.
Since you are going to pulling such a heavy vehicle you should consider getting a Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Proportional Braking System, part # RM-9400. This unit applies brakes in a proportional amount to how hard you apply the brakes in your F-350. This would be especially nice in an emergency situation where you needed to stop quickly. Also, some states require that you use supplemental braking systems when you are flat towing a vehicle, you would most likely be driving through at least one of them.
