Question:
Is there any premade adapter that would be the old style male 6 pin rectangular to the new style female 7 pin round for a trailer?

I do have a solution for you, but unfortunately, we do not carry an adapter that goes from the 6-Way rectangular harness to a current 7-Way harness for your trailer.
You will have to do some splicing to get the result you want. What I recommend doing is using a circuit tester, like part # PTW2993, to find out what the function is on each wire. You can either cut the harness off that you currently have, or you can use the Connector Kit # 37995 to access the wiring. You can use Butt Connectors # DW05744-5 for splicing to help seal up the connections.
You will then need to splice that wiring into a round 6-Way Harness # 50-86-007 and then connect that to a 6-Pole to 7-Pole adapter # 47435.
I have attached a link to one of our helpful articles that is about trailer wiring for you to review as well.
