Yes, there are several roof bike racks that will fit roof racks for the 2016 Ford Fiesta. First we have the Rhino-Rack Hybrid rack # RRRBC050-FB. It will accept tires up to 5 inches wide and was basically designed for fat bikes. I have linked a video review of this bike rack for you.
Another option is the RockyMounts BrassKnuckles for fat bikes # RKY1201-FB. It also accepts bike tires up to 5 inches wide. I have linked a video for it as well. RockyMounts also has the TomaHawk # RKY1222 which as you probably have guessed, will accept up to 5 inch wide bike tires.
And we have the Thule ProRide # TH598004-FB. This rack can mount in the channel in the Rola bars or clamp around them. It clamps around the frame rather than holding the front wheel with a hook like the others. Five inch wide tires of course. I have linked a video for it as well.
