For your 2010 Fourwinds Serrano with Workhorse W20 Chassis, I have the sway bars and steering stabilizer you are looking for.

For the front anti-sway, I recommend the Blue Ox TigerTrak Front Axle Stabilizer # TT2304. This will minimize side-to-side movement to improve the overall stability. It will reduce body roll and diminish the effects of crosswinds and shifting cargo.

These are all confirmed to fit your 2010 Fourwinds Serrano motorhome.

thanks. I should have been more specific. The blue ox equipment is very expensive. I was hoping for a roadmaster stabilizer and sway bar. Do they make parts for our rig.

We do have a Roadmaster Steering stabilizer for your motorhome. The Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes # RM-RBK13-RSSA will fit your Class A motorhome. It utilizes a tempered steel spring to push or pull your steering into a neutral position. It installs in approximately 1 hour with no drilling or welding required. It includes stabilizer, custom mounting brackets, hardware and installation instructions. We also have the Roadmaster TruTrac Front-Axle Trac Rod for Large Trucks and RVs # RM-TRACW-22. This system braces your axle to prevent jarring and help keep it in line. It installs into existing holes in your frame. There is not currently a Roadmaster rear anti-sway available for your chassis.
