thanks. I should have been more specific. The blue ox equipment is very expensive. I was hoping for a roadmaster stabilizer and sway bar. Do they make parts for our rig.

For your 2010 Fourwinds Serrano with Workhorse W20 Chassis, I have the sway bars and steering stabilizer you are looking for.
For the front anti-sway, I recommend the Blue Ox TigerTrak Front Axle Stabilizer # TT2304. This will minimize side-to-side movement to improve the overall stability. It will reduce body roll and diminish the effects of crosswinds and shifting cargo.
These are all confirmed to fit your 2010 Fourwinds Serrano motorhome.
