There is not a confirmed fit trunk mounted bike rack for your 2015 Mercedes-Benz GL500. I reached out to my contact at Curt and there also is not a hitch that is a confirmed fit. That will limit you to a roof rack option to carry your bikes.

My recommendation is the Thule Roof Rack consisting of Thule WingBar Evo - Black - 53" - Qty 2, # TH711420 and the Evo Raised Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710401. This will give you a nice secure system when you add the locking cylinders # TH450400.
