Upgraded my truck to a 2019 F250 Superduty. Received my new rail kit and mounting brackets. Fits perfect!
Very happy how soon the product I ordered was at my door step. 3 days after I ordered it. Put the base to my 5th wheel on my 2017 250 diesel sd took me around 5 hrs, would have been faster with 2 people. The base fit my husky 16k prefect when I done torquing all the bolts. Going to use this hitch to pull my 29.5 Durango EZ 1500.
Very easy to install. Measure twice, drill once. I used every piece of galvanic corrosion tape to protect the aluminum bed in the kit, probably could have used a little more. Even though I painted the edge of the holes after drilling, maybe some sort of insulator could be used there also.
Great rail kit. Fairly simple install. The instructions are easy to follow. I did not have to remove spare or rear wheels to install. Only had to have helper for the two bolts in the third row. Hint, tape the u spacers to the long handle nut that goes inside the bed cross member. I did install rails in my previous truck (seventeen years ago) so I kind of knew what to expect. Frame brackets are a lot better now.

Took a little time to receive this, due to supplier or just the new model of the truck. ( it did take a couple of months for the bed-bolt socket to become available before I could get the bed liner). Could not find a video for this product installed but the instructions were great and the install went smooth. I did remove the spare and rear wheels. No problems with wires or hoses and the only nut that was close to being hard to get to was driver side front and it was not bad. This was my first install of this type product and my hitch fits better than my previous truck that I had paid to install. Hooked up to my 30' camper, took for a test drive and I'm back in the camping business. Other than the wait, I can't imagine a better deal.
The product has served we well. We have travelled 14 states and about 15,000 miles pulling out fifth wheel rv with this rail system and no failures. I would say the kit is idiot proof but I was proven wrong. I had to pay a mobile mechanic to install it since I was so busy getting a house ready to sell and he did a few things wrong. He used the wrong bolts in the wrong holes and overtightened and probably didn't use all the spacers correctly since he bent the ribs in the bed of my brand new truck. There wasn't much I could do about it after it was done. It was very hard to find someone willing to even do the install. After all of that, it has still performed flawlessly.

I went to a local hitch installation dealer where they attempted to find Item #RP50074-58 ( 5th wheel RAIL KIT for my new '19 F-250 SuperDuty). The installer tried numerous warehouses and distributors across the U.S. but no one had this part! He suggested that I do some further research via the internet on finding this part and wished me good luck IF I did. I began my search with no luck; the reasons being given me were due to the pandemic, few,( if any) people were working and even FEWER warehouses were stocking items! Installed the base rails for my 5th wheel hitch on my 2018 f250 sd without any problems, Instructions were very easy to understand. George at etrailer was very helpful in getting me to the right product.

The hitch install kit is a good product. It took about six hours to install because my installer had never put this kit on the new Ford with the aluminum box before and he wanted it to be right. There was some issues with the fit on the frame. Little things like welds not ground down and getting it to fit tight to the frame of the truck. He was able to fix all of the issues with out any problems. Just a little longer installation time is needed to insure a proper fit than we expected. Overall, a good product. I would buy this hitch installation kit again, and I do recommend it.
Excellent parts and easy to install, had no problem at all mounting everything to my F-250 8' bed.
Process of installation was not complicated, you will need a second hand on the two bolt rails in the channel. Directions were good and the installation video helped out a great deal.
The product is well built with good material my only problem is the installation instructions are poor

Reese 5th wheel hitch kit was heavy duty and assembled very well. Good company follow up and a good product for the money.
Would give this item 5 stars except the spacer blocks are extremely difficult to use in certain spots. If the brackets had a way to hold the block it would make the installation much easier and besides the spacer blocks it is easy to install and works great.
Great product! The custom Reese Quick-Install Rails and Installation Kit was as easy as advertised. Only drilling required was through the bed to install the rails. Two people would help the install for the driver side front bolt.
The information I received when I called was excellent. I placed the order and two days later the hitch was on my door step. All of the boxes were in good shape and everything appears to be complete. I will install the hitch this weekend and see how we make out. so far so good. Thank you for the great service.

Directions to install were easy to follow and fit as advertised. Only special tool needed was a torque wrench. Very happy with the product.
Item is as advertised and received when promised. It was easy to install but should have two people so one can be under pickup and one in the bed of the box. Instructions were adequate but I would recommend you enlarge the main drawing to provide an easier to read picture.
Clean install, had the local garage install them. No issues what-so-ever. Good customer service will most certainly order from this company again if i have any future trailer needs.
I have installed a rail system in the past, but was surprised by this one. It's plug and play with pre drilled holes that match your vehicle for less drilling. High quality steel with all the accessories needed to complete the installation.
