Tire chain use on any vehicle is subject to the approval of the auto maker so I recommend you check your Maserati Quattroporte owner's manual for any guidance or restrictions. Often the wheel and/or tire size will affect whether chains can be used. Some cars can use chains only on one axle, or only on one of the available tire sizes offered. Since you are considering a really special motor car you will do well to make sure the tire size on it is compatible with low-profile S Class tire chains.
I reviewed an online edition of the 2015 Maserati Quattroporte owner's manual and on page 219 it indicates S Class chains can be used on 19-inch driving wheels only, not on the 20s, and then only up to speeds of 30-mph. The chains cannot be more than 6mm above the tire tread.
The linked page displays the six stock tire sizes offered on the 2015 Maserati Quattroporte. You can click on your tire size to see available options. The two linked articles on tire chains may be of interest.
Please feel free to confirm your tire size and model year and I will be glad to check further.
