I have a 2016 ram 2500 long bed without the factory prep kit or air suspension. I also have the universal rail kit 30035. Will the 50054 brackets work with the 30035 rails?

Yes, the custom brackets # RP50054 are compatible with the rails from the universal kit # RP30035 for your 2016 Ram 2500. You will also need installation hardware # RP58430 to attach the rails to the new brackets because the original hardware can't be used; it was meant to be torqued down just once and not reused.
