The difference between a Class III hitch and a Class V oil cooler is generally the size of the cooler that comes with the kit. The classifications are a bit arbitrary and there isn't a size requirement for each Class but we wanted to organize them in such a way that the higher Classes had larger coolers.
The Oil Cooler part # D15451 is a Class V that measures 9-7/8" Wide x 9-1/2" tall x 1-1/4" deep which will be highly efficient on your 2015 Ram 1500.
