Hello, I am looking to buy a roof rack and cargo basket for my 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport. My budget is somewhat limited, so can you give me a combination that will work. Thank you!

As long as your Jeep is not a Renegade and as long as it has the factory installed raised rails running front to back, I have a combination of parts would work well on your 2003 Jeep Liberty.
First I have the The Rhino Rack Vortex Aero Bar - Aero Roof Rack parts #RRVA126B-2 and # RRSX008. This gives you the crossbars that you need.
Next I have the Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 49" x 40" x 6" - 150 lbs, Item # TH859XT . This basket will work nicely with the Rhino Rack Bars.
