The Fulton Plastic Fender with Top and Side Steps, part # F008584, is designed to be mounted with your existing hardware, or mounted with brackets designed that are specific to the trailer frame on which they would be installed. No mounting hardware is included.
Fulton, the fender manufacturer, does not offer any mounting hardware, so you must provide or fabricate any mounting hardware or brackets you want to use to mount this fender.
