It is easy to measure to confirm the fit of a hitch-mount cargo carrier on a vehicle such as your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon that has a rear-mounted full-size spare tire.

Simply measure from the hitch pin hole on your receiver tube to the rear-most part of the vehicle - in your case this will likely be the back edge of the spare tire. This dimension tells you the amount of clearance you need from a hitch carrier like the Pro Series Cargo Carrier # 63153. The linked article covers this measurement process in detail.

The Pro Series Cargo Carrier # 63153 provides 12-3/4-inches of clearance from its hitch pin hole to the nearest edge of the carrier. If your hole-to-tire measurement is for example, 11-inches, then this carrier will fit with interference.
