We can help you select a cover to protect your Jayco 5th wheel during the winter months. Specs for the Eagle 26.5 HT shows its overall length to be 30-feet and 1-inch (or 361-inches). For an easy fit of your new cover I suggest you use one that is bit larger than the trailer. A cover for a 30-foot trailer may still fit but you'll almost surely find it easier to get a larger cover installed.

Camco offers two 32-foot cover options for your trailer that can be seen on the linked page.

The UltraGuard 5th Wheel Cover # CAM45754 features a 3-layer top panel, self-adjusting hold-down straps and heavy-duty zippers. A storage bag is included. This grey cover is the better option if the trailer will be stored in a cold, snowy region.

Your tires will also benefit from protection during the winter months. UV exposure can age your tires prematurely so tire covers are a good investment since they cost a lot less than a set of four new tires. You can use the linked page to select covers after you measure your tires' overall diameter.
