Is the Thule ski rack adapter, TH9033, compatible with the Thule bike hitch bike rack, TH912XTR, for a 2016 Honda HR-V?

Hi- I have the instruction manual for my bike rack and the title is 912XT/914XT Roadway. My bike rack can fit 4 bikes. Can you please let me know if the Thule ski rack adapter, TH9033, compatible with my Thule bike hitch bike rack? Thank you.
