Will the Thule Hull A Port carrier #TH834 work on my 2012 Hyundai Sanat Fe Limited with sunroof using the factory crossbar system?

Yes, I checked with Thule and the Thule Hull a Port part # TH834 is confirmed as a fit for your 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe with factory crossbars. Your sunroof would not pose a problem at all. You will most likely want to keep it closed with the rack installed as it will be pretty noisy most likely.
