The Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-3545 that is a fit for the 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 is also confirmed to fit the 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. If you need a Replacement Hardware Kit, part # 57-354PK is the correct kit for the # 57-3545 HDX guard.

The # 57-1955 HDX that you referenced is not a fit for either the 2009 or 2013 Dodge Ram 1500.

Do you know what truck the guard came off of? Unfortunately they are not all the same with only difference being swapping out the hardware kit. So you'd want to verify it came off of a truck like yours first.
