It sounds like you have the 6-1/2 foot bed on your Silverado 1500. The BAKFlip G2 # BAK26121 you were looking at doesn't have a secondary lock but would be considered locked to your truck bed if your tailgate were locked.
For a tonneau cover with an integrated lock I would instead suggest one of the many versions of the Retrax tonneau covers we offer. I have linked the page with all the different options available like the PowertraxONE MX Hard Tonneau in Matte # RT70462 or the same cover in manual # RT60462.
