What do you recomend for light towing, 16ft aluminum boat and trailor?

As long as your C10 has the stock bumper, we do indeed have some hitches that would be available. Since you're not going to be towing anything super-heavy, I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 75034.
For trailer wiring, use # 18252 that will tap directly into the wiring harnesses feeding your rear taillight assemblies.
