The Fulton F2 Trailer Jack, # F1413140334, you have referenced is designed for a 4 inch X 5 inch trailer tongue. It will not fit your 3 inch X 3 inch trailer tongue.
The same jack to fit your 3 inch X 3 inch trailer tongue would be the Fulton F2 Trailer Jack, # F1413040134. This is the same corrosion-resistant jack that will work for marine applications. It can be used in and around salt water. It comes with the mounting hardware for a 3 inch X 3 inch trailer tongue.
