Question:
Hi. My key broke so I cant remove my carrier anymore. The key lock and key number 2820. Can you tell me where I can find/order a replacement key?

We sell the replacement key you need. The key for your cargo carrier is part # THKEYN2820. The replacement keys are sold in single units.
This key is made a bit longer than the originals. If the key does not work the first time you use it, I recommend inserting the key and giving the end of the key and gently hit it with a mallet so it seats fully in the lock.
You will only have to do this the first time you use the key if it gets stuck. The key will operate correctly from there on out.
