Which is the best net that fit the thule basket and has a good warranty also. Thanks

SportRack makes an elastic net, part # SR0033, that measures 40 inches long and 36 inches wide. It has a 3-year limited manufacturer warranty.
CargoSmartalso produces an elastic net, part # CS54FR, that measures 48 inches long and 36 inches wide. This net has a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.
Either of these nets should fit the Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Basket well and both include a warranty.
