To carry your Swifty kayak on your 2011 Honda CR-V, I recommend the Yakima SweetRoll, part # Y04074, because it will make loading your kayak much easier on your CR-V. The roller on the rear of the carrier will allow you to place the front of the kayak on it before pushing the rest of the kayak onto the cradles.
This carrier will fit on crossbars up to 3-1/2 inches wide x 1-11/16 inches tall and the crossbars need to be at least 24 inches apart. Yakima lists the SweetRoll as a fit for your 2011 CR-V, so this carrier will work well for you on your vehicle.
I have a very similar kayak and a similarly sized vehicle to yours. I found that with J-style cradles that require the kayak to be lifted into the carrier from the side it was nearly impossible for me to load my kayak by myself. Lifting a nearly 10 foot kayak that weights almost 50 pounds above my head to load on my vehicle was more of a challenge than I anticipated. A carrier that allows the kayak to be pushed on the cradles from the rear of the vehicle is much easier to use for 1 person. I have attached a review video of the SweetRoll for you to see the carrier in use. All of the tie-down straps needed to secure your kayak are included with this carrier.
I have attached a link that will show you all of our kayak carriers.
