Do you install the tornado 360 on the bottom of the tank in the center?

Per the installation instructions, the best place to mount the Tornado 360-Degree RV Holding Tank Rinser, part # CAM40126 is on the opposite end of the flush valve.
You can use the template included with the Tornado and measure down about 2 inches from the top and in the middle of the tank. Then tape the template to the tank and drill the mounting holes and center hole for the Tornado to be inserted into the tank, using silicone sealant to make sure there are no leaks.
