Question:
Hi, I have a question about chocks. A different set says they are For 15inch tires and smaller. Do you really mean tires that are 15inch in diameter and smaller? Or... do you mean tires that are mounted on 15inch and smaller wheels? Thanks.

The Buyers Products Wheel Chocks part # 337WC1467A don't list a max tire size, but are ideal for tires that are mounted on trailer wheels that are 15 inches. I attached review video for you to check out as well.
