I checked with Rain-X and they do not offer a Latitude for the rear of your 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

For a similar Michelin that has been confirmed as a fit you would want the Michelin Rear Windshield Wiper Blade # MCH9512. I attached an install video that shows this blade installed on a similar 2012 Grand Cherokee as well.
