The mirrors you mentioned in your question are not designed to fit your 1994 Suburban, but I do have a solution for you.
I recommend the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors, part # CTM1200. This includes both the driver and passenger side. These mirrors just simply slide over your OEM mirrors. You then use the hook that holds the mirror in place and use the included knob to tighten it down. No tools are needed for installation.
