Im looking at installing the trailer hitch on a 2015 Dodge Dart GT but I was wondering if it works with the rear diffuser that is on the car.

I checked with Curt and trailer hitch # C11281 fits all styles of the 2015 Dodge Dart including the GT.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier, then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch. I have included some links to the Class I compatible bike racks and cargo carriers for you.
