Does this include both the frame for the front and back of vehicle?

The Slim Rim License Plate Frame # CR21330 is sold in quantities of 1. So for the front and the back of a vehicle you would need to order 2. I have linked a video featuring this frame for you. I actually recommend the stainless steel version, # CR21010, because stainless steel won't corrode like chrome eventually will. It also is sold in quantities of 1.
