Question:

I have a Reese 16 K that was on a 2001 Dodge 3500 Dually. I now have a 2015 Dodge 3500 single wheel. How do I mount this rail system to my 2015 Dodge 3500? I still have the rails and the hitch. The 2015 does not have factory installed prep package,

To install your Reese 16k fifth wheel hitch like # RP30047 in the bed of your 2015 Ram 3500 you will just need a fifth wheel rail kit confirmed to fit the truck.

For that you would want a custom install Reese kit part # RP50085 which has been confirmed as a fit and would minimize frame drilling and install time. This is just the bracket kit since you already have rails.

Since the hardware that attaches the rails to the brackets is considered one time use you would want to replace what you have with new hardware. For that you would want the part # RP58430.
