If you can make sure the 2009 Jay Feather Sport 165 Travel Trailer that you are interested in will stay below the tongue weight of your hitch with a WD system then the hitch would be fine to tow the trailer. You would then also need to check the owners manual of your vehicle to determine it's towing capacity and be sure to go by the lower figure as the overall capacity.
We offer a trailer hitch for your Santa Fe # 75684 that can be used with a WD and has a TW of 500 lbs.
The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well. You will want the loaded tongue weight of your setup to fall right in the middle of the tongue weight range of the system you use.
The part # RP66541 would be a great option for 500 lbs of tongue weight it has a range of 400-800 lbs.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
