How to Remove Rear Windsheild Wiper Blade on a 2008 Saturn Vue

Question:
I can not find a way to remove the plastic shield that is over the wiper itself in order to remove the old wiper and install a new one. Its a puzzler.

I looked up some videos on line for replacing the rear windshield wiper of your Saturn Vue and found that to remove it from the big plastic housing you will basically just want to pull directly away from the housing. In other words you would pull the wiper away from you and towards the front of the vehicle. In the video it the owner had to pull pretty hard but it will come straight out.
For a replacement rear blade you would want the part # RX30212.
