Question:
Im about to buy one of the trailer hitches for my truck 2008 F150 Crew Cab and I had a couple of questions. Which hitch would you recommend most? And I currently have a 4 pole connector. Id like to make that a 4/7 pole connector. A little advise on the products I need?

The hitch I suggest for your 2008 Ford F-150 Crew Cab without factory hitch is the Hidden Hitch # 41933. The hitch installs without drilling using included hardware.
I suggest the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # EBMK4 since it provides you with flexibility for towing thanks to its two ball mounts and two sizes of hitch ball. It even includes a pin and clip and a handy carry bag.
To convert your 4-pole wiring harness to a 7-way type that also carries 12V power and braking signals for a trailer, you can use our # ETBC7 kit. This includes all the parts you need to convert your 4-pole to a 7-way. An install article and video are linked for you.
