As long as you do not have the factory fender or add-on fender flares the Husky Liners mud flaps part # HL57871 would be confirmed as a fit for the rear of your 2016 GMC 3500HD Sierra.

For a matching set of fronts you would want the part # HL56891. The rear set of the # WT110036-120036 would not fit a dualy.
